Ovi maps install failed

I tried to connect my Nokia to Ovi Suite for the first time. But the Supprt Software wont install and the suite can't detect my device. What will I do? I bought one more C5 today and when I try to connect it to the pc via pc suite it says "Pc suite support installation failed" , I tried everything from reinstalling pc suite on pc, resetting phone but nothing working to let me restore the contacts from my previous C5 through Pc suite. Just when I think the E75 cannot get any worse it has slightly worse reception than 2 tin cans and a bit of wet string!!

Tragically, it continuously comes up with the great message "Installation failed due to lost connectivity; do not disconnect USB connection during installation"!

Now, whilst I am not the sharpest tool in the shed,even I can see that disconnecting the cable would not be condusive to a successful software upgrade, so of course I am not doing that! When I go to the Ovi Store web site on my pc and find Ovi Maps - there is now a message saying its not available for e Yet that was not what I recall because I have installed Ovi Maps on the phone before and installed the additional country maps on several occassions the last one being as recent as May - last month All of a sudden Ovi Maps is not compatible with the Nokia E63?

The Ovi Store app on the phone gives no indication of compatibilty issue with the phone - so you can keep downloading it and using up your internet allowance and it keeps failing to install without giving any useful message.
