Dear Peggy and all the Byck family — our sympathy and condolences on the loss of our David! We loved him dearly and will miss his presence! I remember our Kentucky Derby Week end trip when it rained so hard and soaked us good!

It was still fun and good memories! A lady visitor collapsed outside the warehouse and David rushed out to help her! He was fascinated with the process of bourbon making and watching how the heavy oak barrels were rolled out on rails to the storage warehouses without anyone touching them as they rolled downhill. I have read the beautiful comments written by those that knew him and felt very touched that we were fortunate to have him in our lives.

We all have good memories of him but big holes in our heart! Love and Prayers! Aunt Sue. I have such fond memories of visiting my cousin Jeff and hanging out with all of his friends, including David.

And during another visit to Columbus when the Bycks were visiting family. David and I both knew we wanted to be doctors, and we were very strongminded about that goal. That was the part of future we envisioned and attained. But of course the best part of adulthood was to marry our soulmates, raise our families, and become grandparents.
